Jay Tallman has acquired extensive senior management experience with some of the nation's most recognized real estate development companies. Before joining U.S. Assets Group as a principal in 1999, he developed and managed a diverse portfolio of high-end real estate properties including master-planned com­munities, luxury condominium developments, residential rental prop­erties and successful commercial ventures in Florida and Colorado.

 

In Florida, Jay led the development team of the exclusive Vizcaya at Longboat Key, a renowned condominium community inspired by the Mediterranean style of storied Palm Beach architect Addison Mizner. He was also responsible for the 5,000-residence Tampa Palms and Sanibel Island's Sanctuary Golf Villages.

 

With over 20 years of experience, this University of Denver graduate has developed masterful skills in the planning, design, marketing, and con­struction of award-winning luxury residences in exceptional localestalents that are perfectly aligned with the vision of U.S. Assets Group. Jays partnership with Tom Brown at U.S. Assets Group has resulted in the successful development of Beau Ciel, en Provence, the Orchid Beach Club and The Founders Club.
